The planned employer product would give employees a structured, multilingual route through common arrival and settlement tasks, while providing only agreed operational visibility to an authorised employer.

What the demonstrated employer view is designed to show
The proposed employer product is designed around data minimisation. Its demonstration illustrates workforce onboarding management—not live employer access, immigration-document collection or personal legal analysis.
- Could show: agreed progress statuses, action categories, announcement delivery and read status, and pseudonymous workforce reporting.
- Would not show: passport, visa or residence-card copies; medical records; private messages; payment-card details; or another employer’s workspace data.
- Would not decide: a person’s legal status, eligibility, immigration outcome or legal strategy.

How current free testing works
- Agree the demonstrations and business questions the test should cover.
- Review the proposed employer status categories, communication roles and data boundaries.
- Explore the public product demonstrations without creating real employee records.
- Provide non-binding feedback on usefulness, clarity, accessibility and missing requirements.
No payment is requested or accepted. Participation does not create an adviser-client, immigration-representation, supplier or paid-service relationship.
Indicative future commercial pilot
A future contracted offer may run for 30 days at 2,990 PLN, for 1 location and up to 15 employees. It is not currently for purchase. Final scope, controller roles, VAT, terms and any annual-credit arrangement must be confirmed in a signed proposal before activation.
What procurement should confirm
- Which plan capacity, work locations and administrator roles are needed
- Which modules are live in the agreed scope and which are roadmap items
- The exact PLN price, VAT treatment, setup fee, contract term and support level
- Data-controller roles, access controls, retention, security and incident-contact terms
- Any company-specific onboarding content, localisation or reporting requirement
A signed proposal should confirm these points before commercial activation. SettlePL does not ask workers to upload immigration documents to the platform.
