Public guidance, a device-only personal preview and fictional employer demonstrations.
SettlePLRead full pilot limitations
SettlePL is currently a pre-launch pilot. We are inviting employers, universities and professional partners to help test the platform. No payment is requested or accepted for current pilot participation. Participation does not create an adviser-client, immigration-representation, supplier or paid-service relationship. Public guidance and the device-only Move Preview are available. A separate restricted employer pilot supports authenticated employer and invited-employee workspaces, progress, Help and announcements for controlled testing. Public D2C cloud accounts and payments remain paused. Property, translator and professional/legal services are previews awaiting legal, commercial and provider approval. The legal controller must be confirmed before external commercial participation.

THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM
International onboarding should not depend on the same HR explanation being repeated every week.
SettlePL is being designed to turn fragmented support into one governed journey for individuals and one limited, useful view for authorised organisations.
Repeated questions
HR repeatedly explains PESEL, addresses, healthcare, travel and local processes.
Structured self-service journeys with official-source routing. No safe visibility
Teams either know too little or request more personal documentation than they need.
Agreed progress statuses and attention signals—without document storage.Messages get missed
Shift, payroll and onboarding notices are scattered across different channels.
Employer announcements with a clear delivery route and read-status reporting.Support resets
A person changes employer, course or location and their settlement progress disappears.
One user-owned journey designed to continue across organisations and life stages.TRANSPARENT CAPACITY ESTIMATE
Calculate the HR time tied up in repeat settlement questions.
Adjust the assumptions to match your workforce. These figures are planning estimates only—not plan limits, guaranteed savings or claimed customer results.
PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH
A planned connected platform with different views for each authorised user.
Illustrative preview using fictional data—no employer or employee record is created.
What the employer view is designed to show
Agreed status categories show what is on track and what may need attention.
Delivery and read-status examples show where a follow-up may be needed.
Transparent estimates and downloadable evidence support the pilot review.

PROPOSED EMPLOYER-NEUTRAL PERMISSIONS
See progress—not private lives
The planned design separates organisation workspaces. If an employee leaves, the employer would lose workspace access while the person keeps their personal SettlePL history.
- Planned role-based HR and manager access
- Proposed consent-based employer linking
- Planned organisation-level audit trail
- Proposed exportable outcome reporting
PROPOSED PRIVACY AND EMPLOYER DATA BOUNDARIES
Useful workforce insight should not require access to private lives.
The planned employer product is designed to separate operational onboarding visibility from identity documents, medical information and personal legal guidance.
- Agreed onboarding progress statuses
- Outstanding action categories
- Announcement delivery and read status
- Pseudonymous workforce reporting
- Workspace activity and role audit trail
- Passport, visa or residence-card copies
- Medical records or private messages
- Personal legal guidance
- Payment-card information
- Another employer’s workspace data
