A pending application and border re-entry are different questions
A timely and formally complete application may affect lawful stay inside Poland. It does not itself provide a visa or residence card for re-entry after leaving Poland. Before travel, identify the separate document or visa-free entitlement that permits return.

Authority letters and electronic communications can contain deadlines. Record the exact delivery date and the action required. Do not calculate an appeal or defect deadline from a generic web page where the individual decision should be reviewed.

Can I travel with a residence-application stamp?
The stamp does not itself authorise border re-entry. Check a separate valid visa, residence document or visa-free entitlement before leaving.
What happens if the authority requests missing information?
Follow the request and deadline exactly. If the deadline has passed or lawful stay is uncertain, seek individual professional advice promptly.
